St. Mary’s Hospital Aleck Bourne Theatres

The works consist of the following:
 The strip out and refurbishment of the 1st Floor Clarence Wing, Aleck Bourne
Theatres. Including Whiterock Higenic Wall Sheeting, Secondary Glazing & Sanitary Ware.
 Partial strip out of existing Mechanical and Electrical Services
 Provision of new Mechanical, Sanitary and Electrical Services inlcuding Specialist Theatre Operating lights
 All associated Building and Decorations Works

St. Mary’s Hospital – Mint Wing

The works on the first floor Mint Wing involved the refurb of existing rooms and creation of new ones. Works include the installation of anti-slip vinyl flooring, doors and ironmongery, installation of hygienic wall cladding, alteration to ceilings and installation of new sanitary ware.

As all other intervention in this environment, we have carried all alterations as efficiently as possible with the least amount of disruption to the hospital.
