The strip out and refurbishment of the 1st Floor Clarence Wing, Aleck Bourne
Theatres. Including Whiterock Higenic Wall Sheeting, Secondary Glazing & Sanitary Ware.
Partial strip out of existing Mechanical and Electrical Services
Provision of new Mechanical, Sanitary and Electrical Services inlcuding Specialist Theatre Operating lights
All associated Building and Decorations Works
